Pen not sufﬁciently lifted

between strokes

Make sure that you lift

the pen off the board

between strokes (charac-

ters, for instance).

Electronic interference Relocate the board.

Squeaking noise

while using a marker

Too much pressure Use less, but consistent,

pressure.

Communication error

message

Communication problem Check all cables and

restart Webster.
